Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Minobu Kurita (ranked 23594 p4p, 919 weight class) and Noah Jaccard (ranked 8831 p4p, 0 weight class). Kurita comes into the arena with Game of Thrones blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Minobu Kurita!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Noah Jaccard!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurita fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kurita crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jaccard - the referee stops the clock and Kurita gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jaccard. Kurita manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Jaccard.
Jaccard comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kurita throws a nice looking combination but Jaccard bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jaccard has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Kurita is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Jaccard thuds his shin into the meat of Kurita's side.
Kurita fails to land with a series of punches.
Jaccard throws a sloppy head kick and Kurita moves out of range easily.
Kurita looks to land a right hand but Jaccard moved out of range.
Kurita throws a hook to the side of Jaccard's head but Jaccard sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kurita throws a shot from downtown. Jaccard moves away and avoids it.
Kurita lands a head shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kurita throws a right and a left that Jaccard avoids nicely.
Jaccard throws a quick inside leg kick.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Jaccard.
Jaccard dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jaccard scores with a head kick. Kurita tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Jaccard.
Jaccard bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Kurita is breathing heavily.
Jaccard scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
A slapping body kick lands there for Jaccard.
Kurita has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Jaccard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jaccard goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Jaccard lands with a right hand.
Jaccard throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Kurita is rocked!
Kurita gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Jaccard gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Kurita is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Noah Jaccard!
