The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Perkins. Szymuszowski does a little dance to reset his feet.
Perkins comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Szymuszowski walks into a left hand.
Szymuszowski gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Perkins counters with a nice body shot.
Szymuszowski fails with an attempt to clinch.
Szymuszowski motions for Perkins to come forward. Szymuszowski throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Django Perkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bartlomiej Szymuszowski.

Szymuszowski drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Django Perkins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Perkins lands a really nice looking cross but Szymuszowski seems unphased.
Perkins connects with a crisp jab.
Szymuszowski walks into a straight right hand from Perkins.
Perkins scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Perkins stuns Szymuszowski with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Szymuszowski drops his hands for a split second and Perkins immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Szymuszowski face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Perkins follows up with a right hand that knocks Szymuszowski into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
