Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karey Fangbattle (ranked 7303 p4p, 712 weight class) and Tumleh Schmitt (ranked 4476 p4p, 539 weight class). Karey Fangbattle had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.9lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schmitt shoots in and drives through. Fangbattle sprawls well.
Fangbattle half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Schmitt shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fangbattle's guard.
Fangbattle wants to stand but Schmitt is controlling the position.

Fangbattle tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Schmitt cranks the arm and Fangbattle screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Fangbattle, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
