Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Son Baldwin (ranked 25374 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sveinung Hansen (ranked 6458 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Son Baldwin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen's jab looks to have found its range, popping Baldwin under the eye.
Baldwin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hansen throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Baldwin counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Hansen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Baldwin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Baldwin is fighting to break Hansen's control of his arms but Hansen is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Baldwin could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Baldwin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hansen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Baldwin has managed to get both his arms back between Hansen's legs - danger averted.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hansen isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Baldwin stacks Hansen on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Baldwin!
Baldwin has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Baldwin tries to keep at a distance but Hansen has taken the fight into the clinch.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Baldwin is on top in guard.

Hansen is pulling down on Baldwin's head. It's preventing any offense from Baldwin, at least for the moment.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Baldwin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That was a close round but I would say that Son Baldwin will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hansen throws a series of punches but Baldwin moves out of range.
Hansen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Baldwin is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Hansen.
Hansen closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Baldwin bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hansen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Baldwin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hansen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Baldwin doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Baldwin is striking but Hansen is not phased and passes to half guard.

Hansen unloads with some shots from mount but Baldwin bucks and avoids them well.

Hansen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Baldwin sneaks out the side door and pushes Hansen away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As Hansen backs away, Baldwin returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Baldwin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hansen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Son Baldwin will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Hansen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Baldwin is on top in guard.

Son Baldwin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Baldwin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Baldwin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
And that's the end of the fight!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Baldwin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
