Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eksem Von Ketler (ranked 952 p4p, 49 weight class) and Demetri Puleveski (ranked 2954 p4p, 144 weight class). Von Ketler comes to the cage accompanied by Bonecracker- Shocore. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Demetri Puleveski!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Ketler blocks a jab.
Puleveski looks to score with a jab to the body but Von Ketler is just out of range.
Von Ketler feinted with a counter takedown.
Puleveski drops his hands momentarily and Von Ketler takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Von Ketler misses with a looping left.
Puleveski misses with the combination.

Puleveski gets a double leg takedown into Von Ketler's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Von Ketler is looking for a triangle but Puleveski pushes his legs off easily.

Von Ketler escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Puleveski gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Von Ketler has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Von Ketler can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Puleveski controls the pace.

Puleveski got a little sloppy there for a moment and Von Ketler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Puleveski has managed to get both his arms back between Von Ketler's legs - danger averted.
Puleveski wants to stand but Von Ketler has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Von Ketler is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Puleveski is aware though and is defending well.

Puleveski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Von Ketler is looking to cinch up a triangle. Puleveski throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Von Ketler's body to avoid the submission. Von Ketler has instead reached around Puleveski's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Von Ketler arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Eksem Von Ketler!
Eksem Von Ketler got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
