Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Guido Sarducci (ranked 1041 p4p, 141 weight class) and Left Ball (ranked 1841 p4p, 251 weight class). Sarducci comes to the cage accompanied by Ave Maria. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarducci throws a shot from downtown. Ball moves away and avoids it.
Sarducci cracks Ball with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A jab lands there for Ball.
Ball misses with a shot to the body
and Sarducci counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Ball looks to score with a jab to the body but Sarducci is just out of range.
Sarducci misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ball ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ball takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ball swings for the body but Sarducci moves out of range.
Sarducci throws a lazy uppercut
and Ball counters with a stiff right hand.
Ball misses with a body shot
and Sarducci counters with a nice uppercut.
Ball lands a nice hook to Sarducci's body. Sarducci takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ball has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ball looks to score with a jab to the body but Sarducci is just out of range.
Sarducci paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

and Ball counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Guido Sarducci has been cut.
Sarducci fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Guido Sarducci seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ball misses with a left hand
and Sarducci counters with a nice uppercut.
Sarducci stuns Ball with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Ball takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ball misses with a hook.
Sarducci uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ball.
Ball clobbers Sarducci with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Sarducci lands a jab to Ball's midsection.
Ball throws a big shot that misses.
It looked like Sarducci was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Ball.
Sarducci looks to throw the jab but Ball is out of range.

Ball moves out of range as Sarducci strikes.

Sarducci ducks under a wild hook from Ball.
Sarducci loads up on a big right hand but Ball slips the punch.
Sarducci scores with a one two! Ball had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Sarducci swings for the body but Ball moves out of range.
Ball lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sarducci at a distance.
Ball moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Ball drops his hands momentarily and Sarducci takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ball misses with an uppercut.
Ball moves out of range of the strikes.
Sarducci is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Ball looks to score with a jab to the body but Sarducci is just out of range.
Sarducci throws a right and a left that Ball avoids nicely.

Guido Sarducci's cut is getting worse.
Ball lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Sarducci falls backwards - clearly groggy! Ball dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
