Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fermin Larson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Palmer Eldritch!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Larson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Larson prevents a body shot from Eldritch.
Eldritch is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Larson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Larson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Eldritch stands up and waves to Larson to follow him.
Larson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Eldritch paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Eldritch rushes Larson and presses him up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Larson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Eldritch to keep the fight standing.
Eldritch gets underhooks to prevent Larson's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fermin Larson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Eldritch misses with a punch to the body.
Larson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Eldritch gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
A nice left hand lands by Eldritch.

It looks like Fermin Larson has been cut.
Larson tries to pull guard but Eldritch won't allow it.
Larson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Larson tries to score a body lock takedown but Eldritch shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Eldritch manages to break the clinch.
Larson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Larson dives in for a single leg takedown but Eldritch sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Palmer Eldritch is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Larson gets tackled into the cage by Eldritch. Eldritch maintains the clinch.

Eldritch breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Eldritch throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Eldritch lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Larson goes down and covers up as Eldritch starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
