The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barolo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Rodd to the ground. Barolo is now in Rodd's guard.
Barolo engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Barolo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rodd wants to get back to his feet but Barolo is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Barolo is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Barolo throwing strikes but missing.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Barolo seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Rodd is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
