With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ryan Favorton!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson misses with a hook. Favorton ducked under it nicely.
Favorton throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Peterson thows a leg kick but Favorton checks it
and Favorton counters with a one-two to the body.
Sloppy strikes from Favorton. Those never looked like landing.
Favorton looks to score with a jab to the body but Peterson is just out of range.
Peterson is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Favorton misses with a wild combination.
Favorton throws a series of punches but Peterson moves out of range.
Eli Peterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Favorton misses with a few strikes there.

Peterson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Favorton, pushing him back against the ropes.
Peterson gets through Favorton's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Peterson manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Favorton is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.

Peterson breaks from the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Good exchange - Peterson coming out on top.

Peterson motions for Favorton to come forward. Peterson throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Peterson lands a big uppercut and Favorton crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Favorton looks OK. Peterson waves Favorton back to his feet!

Favorton is rocked!

Peterson rushes Favorton and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Favorton is still on wobbly legs! Can Peterson finish him?

Peterson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Favorton is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Peterson doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Favorton crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Favorton's bad books for that mishap!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eli Peterson!
A relieved looking Eli Peterson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
