The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Lowe. No joy for Hatton on that attempt.
Hatton looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Lowe throws out a counter right but Hatton avoids it with no problem.
Horrible takedown attempt by Hatton or perhaps it was just good defense by Lowe, which made it look bad.
Lowe doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joey Hatton. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hatton gets a takedown into half guard.
Hatton is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lowe doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hatton.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hatton is trying for a kimura here. Lowe looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Hatton wins by kimura!

Joey Hatton spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
