Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Morrison Lee (ranked 233 p4p, 24 weight class) and Michail Podolski (ranked 165 p4p, 15 weight class). Lee comes into the arena with The Pretender blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Podolski lands with a hook. Lee tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Podolski pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lee is out of range and Podolski settles back down.

Podolski does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Lee tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lee has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That was a close round but I would say that Morrison Lee will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

That was a close second round but I would say that Morrison Lee will probably get the nod.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lee, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
