The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandez shoots for a takedown but Hadley Jr saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Hadley Jr misses with a body kick.
Fernandez appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Hadley Jr closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fernandez's guard.
Fernandez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Hadley Jr darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Fernandez scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Hadley Jr manages to mount him!

Oh Fernandez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Hadley Jr is looking to cinch up a triangle. Fernandez throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Hadley Jr's body to avoid the submission. Hadley Jr has instead reached around Fernandez's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Hadley Jr arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
