The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
God swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
As God tries to get set, Marzio tries to push him back and clinch up but God manages to avoid the attempt.
Marzio blocks a jab.
Marzio lands a jab.
God lunges at Marzio with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Marzio's hand.
Marzio swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Marzio throws an off balance right hand
and God counters with a nice body shot.
God scores with a punch to the head.
Marzio throws a big shot that misses.
Marzio rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and God counters with a one-two to the body.
Marzio misses with an uppercut. God saw that one coming.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Marzio throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Marzio throws out a loose jab but God uses good head movement to avoid it.
God dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Marzio takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
God connects with a body shot that sends Marzio's belly button to the back.
God takes a swing at Marzio's ribcage but misses.
Marzio thows a left - swing and a miss!
Marzio throws a shot from downtown. God moves away and avoids it.
Marzio swings and misses with a hook to the body.
God lands with a good body shot.
Marzio throws a poor cross that misses
and God counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

God cracks Marzio with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Marzio looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can God finish him?

Marzio is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
God fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Marzio square on the jaw! Damn, Marzio is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
