Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Paul Hewitt (ranked 1762 p4p, 82 weight class) and Raiymbek Batyr (ranked 1749 p4p, 80 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batyr will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Batyr looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

No joy there for Batyr, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

It looks like Paul Hewitt has been cut.
Batyr uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hewitt.
Hewitt throws a shot from downtown. Batyr moves away and avoids it.

Hewitt throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Hewitt counters with a huge left! Batyr is in big trouble! He's backing up but Hewitt isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Batyr from any more damage. A dominating finish by Hewitt!
