The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phoenix tries to clinch but Butane moves out of range.

Phoenix moves in looking to clinch but Butane pushes him off.

Butane throws a leg kick which misses Phoenix's front leg but catches the back leg as Phoenix tries to avoid it.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Butane - that will leave a mark!
Phoenix closes the distance but Butane moves to the side
and Butane counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Phoenix walks straight into a right hand from Butane - that's dropped him! Butane jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Phoenix from any more punishment! Phoenix complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Hulk Butane!
After winning the bout, Hulk Butane thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
