Bohac I has chosen Horst Wessel Lied as his entrance music. Martin Bohac I is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackwell walks into a left hand.
Bohac I connects with a nice looking jab.
Bohac I pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Blackwell darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bohac I is holding on to half guard well.
Blackwell wants to take a breather but Bohac I is having none of it.
Blackwell tries to stand but can't do so whilst Bohac I controls his leg.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Blackwell lands a nice short elbow.
Bohac I tries to get to full guard but Blackwell has control of the leg.

Bohac I is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Blackwell's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Blackwell's back!
Bohac I is trying to stick to Blackwell's back but Blackwell is turning into Bohac I. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bohac I's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Blackwell.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bohac I throws out a powerful jab.
Bohac I is looking to land body kicks.
Blackwell blocks the body kick.
Bohac I throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
As Bohac I tries to get set, Blackwell tries to push him back and clinch up but Bohac I manages to avoid the attempt.

Blackwell is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Bohac I.
Blackwell misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Blackwell ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Blackwell no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Blackwell shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

As Bohac I tries to get set, Blackwell tries to push him back and clinch up but Bohac I manages to avoid the attempt.

Bohac I lands a big head kick that sends Blackwell tumbling to the mat! Bohac I takes a step backwards and waves Blackwell back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Blackwell is rocked!

It looks like Hugh Blackwell has been cut.

Bohac I shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Blackwell is on queer street and Bohac I is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
