Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mo Salah (ranked 6613 p4p, 643 weight class) and Arthur Pendragon (ranked 4834 p4p, 509 weight class). Pendragon has chosen Avatar-Smells Like A Freakshow as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Pendragon catches Salah right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Mo Salah has been cut.
Salah throws a sloppy body shot
and Pendragon counters with a low kick, right behind Salah 's knee.
Salah definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Salah misses with a takedown
and Pendragon counters with a stiff right hand.
Pendragon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Salah checks a leg kick nicely.
Pendragon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Pendragon ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Crunch! Pendragon slams his shin into Salah's torso.
Pendragon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Salah falls off balance throwing a combination

That kick from Pendragon tenderised Salah's leg. Salah is trying to keep his angry face on.

Pendragon leaves Salah with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Pendragon follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

Salah looks for a takedown but Pendragon sprawls well.

Salah throws out a loose jab but Pendragon uses good head movement to avoid it.

Pendragon is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Salah had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Salah takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Pendragon lands a big head kick that sends Salah tumbling to the mat! Pendragon takes a step backwards and waves Salah back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Pendragon cracks a nice hook into Salah's ribs.
Oh Salah is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Salah takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pendragon dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Salah seems to have got his legs back now.
Salah is holding his hands too far apart here. Pendragon throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Salah is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
