The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

LeBron scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Barron is trying to get back to his feet.

LeBron has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
A jab from LeBron finds it's way through Barron's defenses.

It looks like Guy Barron has been cut.
LeBron shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Barron eats them both and turns towards LeBron to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

LeBron shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Barron napping and manages to drive through into side control!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barron is looking to get back to his feet here but LeBron is keeping cool and he's managed to take Barron's back.
LeBron is throwing strikes but Barron counters by rolling into a better position. After a scramble, Barron regains half guard.

LeBron is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Barron is just riding it out for now. LeBron eventually gives up the hold.

Barron feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Barron might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for LeBron. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
