Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Foster Castaneda (ranked 9617 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mine Sweeper (ranked 6371 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Sweeper with that takedown attempt.

Castaneda has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sweeper is proving hard to escape from.
Castaneda really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sweeper has his foot on Castaneda's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Castaneda works his way back into a safe position though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sweeper working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Castaneda doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Castaneda manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sweeper has his foot on Castaneda's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Castaneda works his way back into a safe position though.

Castaneda drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Castaneda jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sweeper isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Castaneda stacks Sweeper on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Castaneda!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Castaneda does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Sweeper throws a fast counter high kick but Castaneda manages to duck under it in time.
Castaneda manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sweeper on his heels. He'll look to pass Sweeper's guard now, I'm sure.
Sweeper is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Sweeper is working an open guard so Castaneda takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Sweeper darts in looking for a takedown but Castaneda gets double underhooks and turns Sweeper into the cage.

Castaneda is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sweeper is just riding it out for now. Castaneda eventually gives up the hold.
