The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Highway scores with a jab.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Ranger - that will leave a mark!
The Highway throws out a loose jab but Ranger uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mark Ranger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ranger shoots and misses
and The Highway counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The Highway paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ranger fails with the takedown
enabling The Highway to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Mark Ranger has been cut.

Ranger moves in looking to clinch but The Highway pushes him off.
