Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Petro Pspic (ranked 7521 p4p, 547 weight class) and Artur Osinen (ranked 22390 p4p, 592 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Petro Pspic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Artur Osinen!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pspic throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pspic pivots, looking for a leg kick but Osinen is out of range and Pspic settles back down.
Osinen now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Osinen avoids the head kick by Pspic.
Osinen throws a head kick that misses.
Pspic looks to land a combination but Osinen avoids it well.
Pspic throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Osinen throws a head kick that half lands.
Pspic paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Pspic thows a body kick. Osinen tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Pspic takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Pspic gets tackled into the cage by Osinen. Osinen maintains the clinch.

Osinen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pspic walks away with a smile on his face. Osinen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Osinen tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Pspic defends well and Osinen ends up having to push Pspic into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Osinen dives in for a single leg takedown but Pspic sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Petro Pspic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Artur Osinen.

Pspic misses with a series of wild punches.
Pspic tries a head kick but it misses.
As Pspic backs off Osinen throws a huge counter combo but Pspic manages to avoid it all.
Pspic shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Osinen dives in and scores a takedown into Pspic's guard.

Osinen told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

Pspic wriggles free and stands up.
Pspic buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Osinen misses with a takedown attempt - Pspic sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Osinen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pspic sprawls well. Pspic wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Osinen gets slowly back to his feet.

Pspic's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Pspic duly obliges.

Osinen takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Osinen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pspic is fending him off so far but Osinen persists. Nope, Pspic circles away and we're back to standing.
Pspic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Pspic looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Osinen steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Pspic. That one must have hurt.

Osinen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pspic's waist but Pspic gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Osinen off to one side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Pspic's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

A jab-cross combination lands for Pspic and sends Osinen crashing to the mat! Pspic follows him down to the mat - Osinen regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Osinen is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Osinen is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Pspic scores with a couple of nice shots.

Pspic lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Osinen quite badly. Osinen pulls Pspic in close trying to recover. Pspic postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Osinen on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Osinen doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
