Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Ward (ranked 2518 p4p, 324 weight class) and Thomas White (ranked 5699 p4p, 593 weight class). Ward kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Spazz - Crush Kill Destroy. White has chosen Schatten as his entrance music. Thomas White acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Max Ward!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Thomas White!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ward avoids the body shot from White.
Ward tries for a takedown but White circles away easily
and White counters with a body kick that stops Ward in his tracks momentarily.
White leaves Ward with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
White now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Ward fails with the takedown
and White counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Ward. That's going to take a lot out of him.

White moves into range and connects with a jab.

A nice side step and White releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Ward is breathing heavily.

Ward takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

The fighters circle momentarily. White darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ward doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ward takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Thomas White is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ward shoots for a takedown but White saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
White is trying to counter with his kicks.
White lands a jab.
White jabs at Ward's body.
Ward shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and White counters with a lovely shot to the body.
White buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Ward dives in for a single leg takedown but White sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ward crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from White - the referee stops the clock and Ward gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says White. Ward manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ward stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from White.

A decent looking cross lands there for White.

It looks like Max Ward has been cut.
White displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ward.

enabling White to counter with a crisp jab.
White dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
White scores with a spinning back kick!
A lazy left from White finds it's target.
A cross from White lands.
A slapping body kick lands there for White.
Ward shoots and misses
and White counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
White scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
White pushes Ward away with a front kick.
Ward takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
White lands a head kick. Ward smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Ward shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts White as he jumps to the side.

White lands a left and a right that send Ward crashing to the mat, dazed. White thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Ward misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
White looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Oh Ward is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
White lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Ward falls backwards - clearly groggy! White dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
