Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Young Blood (ranked 5156 p4p, 557 weight class) and Phil Maroni (ranked 4293 p4p, 485 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maroni attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Maroni is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Blood pulls his head out easily.

Maroni drops back looking for a leg! Blood is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Blood manages to kick Maroni off! Maroni jumps back into Blood's guard.

Blood working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Maroni doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Blood is tightening it up a little... Maroni has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Maroni reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Maroni taps out! Nice BJJ there by Blood!

After winning the bout, Young Blood thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
