Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tobious Khan!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson shoots in for a double leg but Khan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Anderson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Khan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Anderson looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Anderson is looking to take a break and control but Khan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Khan is looking for a sweep.
Anderson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Khan tries to bench press Anderson off him but Anderson keeps the position.
Sloppy strikes there by Anderson.
Anderson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Khan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Khan is looking to regain half guard here but Anderson keeps moving and retains side control.
Khan bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Tobious Khan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fight stays on the outside here - Khan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Khan lands with a shot to the body.
Khan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Anderson.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Khan can do anything to dispel that myth.

Anderson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Khan keeps working.
Anderson tries for a kimura but Khan is defending well.
Anderson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Khan is trying to escape and Anderson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Khan is forced to tap! Nice work there by Anderson! Very nice indeed!

A determined John Anderson didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
