Vladimir Smirnoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Smirnoff enables Von Manstein to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Smirnoff manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
