And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mateo Vasquez!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasquez takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Justice takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A combination from Vasquez does no damage.

Vasquez moves into the clinch.
Vasquez connects with a nasty looking knee right to Justice's face.


It looks like Ernest Justice has been cut.
Vasquez tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Justice gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Justice not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Justice breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Justice's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Vasquez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well Vasquez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
