Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Urban Go Bucks (ranked 6589 p4p, 117 weight class) and Shigeru Miyamoto (ranked 4148 p4p, 90 weight class). Go Bucks kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Seven Nation Sloopy-- DJ ERB. Shigeru Miyamoto is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shigeru Miyamoto!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Go Bucks blocks the low kick.
Go Bucks checks a leg kick nicely.
Go Bucks fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Miyamoto looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Go Bucks moves out of range of the body kick.
Miyamoto throws a lazy head kick
and Go Bucks counters with a stiff right hand.
Go Bucks lands a front kick.
Go Bucks looks to throw the jab but Miyamoto is out of range.
Miyamoto just misses with a punch to the body.
Go Bucks showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Miyamoto.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Go Bucks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Go Bucks throws a series of punches but Miyamoto moves out of range.
Miyamoto lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Go Bucks shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Despite the aggression on Miyamoto's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Miyamoto throws a sloppy head kick and Go Bucks moves out of range easily.
Go Bucks definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Shigeru Miyamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Go Bucks closes the distance and pushes Miyamoto back into the cage.

Go Bucks pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Miyamoto throws a head kick but Go Bucks moves out of range.
Miyamoto scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Go Bucks misses with a hook
and Miyamoto counters with a one-two to the body.
Go Bucks lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Miyamoto tries a low kick but Go Bucks avoids it.
Miyamoto throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Go Bucks.
And Go Bucks counters with a quick kick to the body but Miyamoto blocks it.
Some wild striking there from Miyamoto.
Miyamoto misses with a jab, cross combination.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Go Bucks misses with a right hand
and Miyamoto counters with a series of strikes. Go Bucks will be more careful next time no doubt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Miyamoto throws a head kick that misses.
Miyamoto misses with a looping right.
Miyamoto has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Go Bucks finds it's way round the side to connect with Miyamoto's head.

It looks like Shigeru Miyamoto has been cut.
Miyamoto feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Go Bucks's calf.
Crunch! Miyamoto slams his shin into Go Bucks's torso.
Miyamoto connects with a looping right hand.
Miyamoto throws a head kick that misses.
Miyamoto lands a nice looking kick to the body. Go Bucks takes a step back to recover.

A head kick lands from Go Bucks that sends Miyamoto to the canvas. Miyamoto tries to scramble back to his feet but Go Bucks brings him back down into side control.

Miyamoto is rocked!
Go Bucks scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Miyamoto is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Go Bucks can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

After winning the bout, Urban Go Bucks thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
