Yuri Bowman told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hofman shoots in and bounces Bowman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Bowman pushes Hofman off and scrambles back to his feet.

Hofman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Hofman is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Bowman looks calm but he's in trouble here. Hofman gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Bowman is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Hofman lets go of the hold and Bowman can pop his arm back in it's socket.
