Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Power (ranked 3890 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alfie Jackson (ranked 5662 p4p, 0 weight class). Power comes to the cage accompanied by Easy Rider. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
23 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Max Power!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alfie Jackson!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Power, which made it look bad.
Power moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Power fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jackson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jackson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jackson shoots in looking for a takedown but Power manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jackson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Power dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jackson. That did some damage!
Power lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Power with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Jackson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Alfie Jackson has been cut.
Power looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Power connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jackson gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Power gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Max Power!
Max Power decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
