Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Humbert Humbert (ranked 752 p4p, 110 weight class) and Jason Black (ranked 1527 p4p, 225 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Humbert lands a jab to Black's midsection.
Black has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Black there as he acknowledges the shot.

Black tries to score with a low kick but Humbert moves his leg out of the way.
Black throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Black's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Humbert connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Black scrambles back to his feet.

A little feinted left hand from Humbert on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Black takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Black moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Black throws a solid leg kick but Humbert takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Black.
Humbert cracks a nice hook into Black's ribs.
Humbert fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Black looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Black throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Humbert dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

A slapping leg kick lands for Black.
Humbert misses the jab.
Humbert has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Men Only. No Liberals ! in the buildup to the fight.
Humbert throws a jab when Black was well out of range.
Black keeps Humbert at a distance using the push kick.
Humbert cracks Black with an open hand slap.
Black misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Humbert.

Black fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Humbert.

Humbert connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Humbert has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Black.
Black feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Humbert's calf.

Black is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Humbert with a body shot.
Humbert tests Black's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Humbert throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

and Humbert counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Black wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Humbert stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Black swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Humbert is in close to Black's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Humbert is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Humbert wants to pass the guard but Black is keeping the position.

Humbert might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Good leg kick by Black there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

A right hook to the body lands for Humbert.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Black creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Humbert successfully pulls guard.

Black got a little sloppy there for a moment and Humbert has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Black has managed to get both his arms back between Humbert's legs - danger averted.
Black is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Humbert is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Black frees his head nicely. Oh but Humbert has switched to an armbar! Black is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
