Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Locke (ranked 247 p4p, 35 weight class) and Zoran Paunovic (ranked 982 p4p, 135 weight class). Locke's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, What Makes a Good Man. John Locke has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Valeri Chadov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paunovic delivers a nice body kick.
The fighters circling - Paunovic throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Paunovic bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Locke's head backwards.
Locke on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Paunovic throws a lazy right hand but Locke sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Paunovic misses with a hook. Locke ducked under it nicely.

Locke throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Locke uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Paunovic.

Paunovic throws a front kick that sends Locke stumbling back into the cage.

Locke was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Locke displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Paunovic throws out the jab.
It looked like Locke wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Paunovic tries to bum rush Locke with a series of wild strikes but Locke uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A quick step to the side and Locke tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Paunovic lands a big head kick that sends Locke tumbling to the mat! Paunovic takes a step backwards and waves Locke back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Paunovic sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Locke's defenses. It connects perfectly with Locke's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
