Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Christian Volland (ranked 1994 p4p, 271 weight class) and Emet Golem (ranked 2496 p4p, 337 weight class). Emet Golem will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emet Golem!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volland lands a nice leg kick that just misses Golem's sensitive parts.
Volland feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Golem's calf.
Volland dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Golem. That did some damage!

Golem tries to bum rush Volland with a series of wild strikes but Volland uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Emet Golem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Volland is looking to pass into half guard but Golem pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Golem is in guard.

Golem wants to get up but he can't break Volland's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
