PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Greg Jones (ranked 2551 p4p, 256 weight class) and Young Buck (ranked 2278 p4p, 234 weight class). Buck has chosen My Way as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buck will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Jones went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Buck fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jones has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Buck takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Buck closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Jones! Buck dives in looking to finish! Jones is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
