The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hearts misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mingo misses the shot to the body.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hearts has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Mingo scores with a nice right hand.

It looks like TJ Hearts has been cut.
Hearts rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mingo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mingo clobbers Hearts with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Hearts shoots in for a double leg but Mingo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hearts looks to score with a jab to the body but Mingo is just out of range.
Mingo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Mingo lands a nice shot that snaps Hearts's head back.
Mingo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mingo keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mingo misses with a wild body shot.
Mingo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hearts.
Hearts appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hearts ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mingo throws a jab when Hearts was well out of range.

Mingo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hearts manages to avoid it.

Hearts thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Mingo if he has to take too many more of those.

Hearts lands a left and a right that sends Mingo crashing to the canvas! Hearts dives into mount looking to finish!
