Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samson Wade (ranked 96 p4p, 12 weight class) and Rockford Knight (ranked 204 p4p, 23 weight class). Knight has chosen The Stars that Play with Laughing Sams Dice by Jimi Hendrix as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A head kick lands from Wade that sends Knight to the canvas. Knight tries to scramble back to his feet but Wade brings him back down into side control.

It looks like Rockford Knight has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

We've been hearing that Wade has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
