The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bravo walks into a left hand.
We've been told by Samuals's head coaches at Fight Club FC that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Bravo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Samuals paws at him with a jab and circles away.
It looked like Samuals wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
A slapping body kick lands there for Samuals.
Bravo misses with a takedown
and Samuals counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Samuals scores with a sloppy right hand. Bravo should have avoided that one.
Samuals ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Samuals lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bravo at a distance.
Bravo takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Samuals feints and then cracks Bravo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bravo down.

Samuals catches Bravo with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Bravo pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Bravo tries to stall but Samuals uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Samuals pushes Bravo back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
The referee is keeping an eye on Samuals - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Samuals escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Bravo closes the distance but Samuals moves to the side
and Samuals counters with a straight right hand.

Samuals connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bravo momentarily.

Samuals lands a big right hand that sends Bravo crashing to the mat! Samuals stays standing though and waves Bravo back to his feet!
Bravo is still on wobbly legs! Can Samuals finish him?
Samuals lands with a nice body punch.
Bravo bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Samuals comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Bravo falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Bravo was out before he hit the floor!
