Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Tillman (ranked 25182 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrick Kidd (ranked 22507 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Rodrick Kidd was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rodrick Kidd!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tillman throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Tillman gets a clinch.

Kidd jumps guard and drags Tillman to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Tillman trying to control the position from guard on top but Kidd is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tillman in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Kidd has a closed guard, preventing Tillman from standing up.

Kidd working for a triangle but Tillman defends it easily.
Tillman working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kidd escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tillman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Tillman avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Tillman throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Tillman stands and steps away. Kidd gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Tillman feints and as Kidd raises his hands in defense, Tillman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kidd uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Tillman decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Tillman tries to stand but can't do so whilst Kidd controls his leg.

Tillman postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Kidd to stand up.

Kidd closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Tillman quickly recovers to half guard.
Tillman is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kidd scores with a couple of nice shots.
Kidd looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Kidd thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tillman's head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kidd working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Kidd winds up and cracks Tillman with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Kidd scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Tillman is rocked!
Kidd is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Oh Tillman is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tillman is breathing heavily.
Kidd lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Tillman! More strikes land and this one is all over! Kidd jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
