The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Blanks.
Billy Blanks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blanks slips a jab from Knight.

Blanks changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Knight rushes Blanks and presses him up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Knight jumps guard but Blanks turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Blanks throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Blanks scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Blanks connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Knight takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Knight has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Blanks finds it's way round the side to connect with Knight's head.
Blanks wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Knight tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Blanks digs a good body shot into Knight's ribs.
Blanks is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Blanks lands a left and a right that sends Knight crashing to the canvas! Blanks dives into mount looking to finish!
Knight is working to get back to half guard.
Knight is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Knight is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Blanks is staying active.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blanks knocks out Knight with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Blanks before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Blanks picks up the big W with a huge KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Billy Blanks!
Billy Blanks spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Green Knight spoke after the fight, saying 'least my opponent is happy'.
