Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Silva (ranked 6306 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bbb Bbb (ranked 6285 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bbb drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Silva is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bbb to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bbb shrugs it off.

Bbb sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Bbb tries to roll over but Silva keeps him under control.

Silva is working for a kimura but Bbb is defending it quite comfortably.
Bbb is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Silva's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Silva's back!
Silva tries to escape but Bbb has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Bbb slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Silva's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Silva isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bbb stacks Silva on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bbb!
