Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Michel De Haven!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Haller!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haller throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
De Haven throws a big counter combination but Haller scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Haller has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Haller throws a body punch but De Haven moves out of range.
Haller lands a jab.
Haller throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent De Haven stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A jab lands there for Haller.
De Haven cracks Haller with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Haller scores with a jab to the head.
Haller looks for the body kick but De Haven saw that one coming.
De Haven swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
De Haven just misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haller buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
De Haven takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Haller lands a nice shot that snaps De Haven's head back.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
De Haven on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Haller lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Haller misses with a body shot.
Haller throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Jab by Haller.
Haller scores with a jab to the head.
Haller lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
De Haven uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Haller.
Haller fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Haller tries a low kick but De Haven avoids it.
Haller displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as De Haven throws out the jab.
Haller is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! De Haven had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Haller just misses with a punch to the body.
Haller cracks De Haven with a good jab.
Haller lands a slapping body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
De Haven takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
David Haller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
De Haven looks to land a right hand but Haller moved out of range.
De Haven takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Haller lands a glancing blow to the side of De Haven's head.
Haller's jab looks to have found its range, popping De Haven under the eye.
De Haven blocks the body kick.
Haller with a hook.
Haller looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Haller throws a shot to the body.
A solid body kick from De Haven.
De Haven ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
It appears De Haven was looking to counter with a kick there.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Haller throws a leg kick but De Haven sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A little feinted left hand from De Haven on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Haller lands a lovely overhand right.
Haller jabbing away but nothing is landing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

David Haller dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Haller has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Haller lunges at De Haven with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by De Haven's hand.
Haller uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before De Haven has time to react.
De Haven takes a swing at Haller's ribcage but misses.
De Haven takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Haller avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
De Haven looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Haller moves out of range of the strikes.
De Haven on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Haller connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Haller catches De Haven with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
De Haven swings and misses with a hook to the body.

De Haven scores with a jab to the jaw.

Nice uppercut lands for Haller. That snapped De Haven's head back.
De Haven takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
De Haven takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.


De Haven is rocked!
Haller connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of De Haven's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked De Haven - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). David Haller!
David Haller took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview.
