Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wabricio Ferdum (ranked 3530 p4p, 376 weight class) and Danny Mc Elroy (ranked 4279 p4p, 444 weight class). Ferdum comes into the arena with PARIS - the devil made me do it blaring out of the sound system. Danny Mc Elroy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ferdum throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mc Elroy tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ferdum is in Mc Elroy's guard.

Ferdum thuds his right hand into Mc Elroy's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Danny Mc Elroy has been cut.

Mc Elroy looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Ferdum works Mc Elroy's body with a nice hook.
Ferdum tries to bum rush Mc Elroy with a series of wild strikes but Mc Elroy uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ferdum pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Mc Elroy back to the cage. Ferdum follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
