The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blade is pressed up against the cage. Ruth has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Blade down to the mat. Blade avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Blade really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ruth. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Blade can do anything to dispel that myth.
