The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Oeste throws a shot to the body.
Gentile misses with a body shot.
Gentile throws a hook but Del Oeste avoids it easily.
Gentile bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Gentile cracks Del Oeste with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Decent striking displayed by Gentile there.
Del Oeste is rocked!
Gentile cracks Del Oeste with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Del Oeste tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Gentile pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Del Oeste is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Simone Gentile!
In defeat, Ryan Del Oeste stepped up to the mic, saying 'Tomorrow I'll be back in camp training, getting better than ever. Then I will come back and show what I am really made of.'.
