The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suri connects with a good right hand that stumbles Astrok. Astrok circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Astrok cracks Suri with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Astrok thows a left - swing and a miss!
Astrok lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Suri circles away quickly and effectively.
Suri tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Suri scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Suri lands a jab.
Elvis Astrok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Astrok throws a lazy body kick
letting Suri counter with a right hand.
Astrok throws a jab when Suri was well out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Suri! But no joy.
Suri ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Astrok looks to land a right hand but Suri moved out of range.
Astrok throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Astrok fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Suri manages to avoid it.
Astrok backing away here, and Suri unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Suri throws a leg kick which misses Astrok's front leg but catches the back leg as Astrok tries to avoid it.
Suri lands a jab.
Astrok tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Suri was well out of range. Poor timing from Astrok.
Suri lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Suri has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Suri lands an overhand right.
Astrok swings widly with a right hand
and Suri counters with a big right hand that sends Astrok crashing to the mat! He's very wobbly - can he beat the count?! 5,6,7,8... he's up! No, he's down again! 9,10! He's done! The referee calls an end to the bout - Suri takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Sher Shah Suri! Sher Shah Suri retains his heavyweight title!
Sher Shah Suri seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
