The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lodbrok walks into a jab.
Lodbrok ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Teimosia moves away.
Teimosia throws a left and a right that both miss
and Lodbrok counters with a nice uppercut.
Teimosia takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Lodbrok misses with a hook. Teimosia ducked under it nicely.
Lodbrok drops his hands momentarily and Teimosia takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Lodbrok clinches.
I was talking to Lodbrok's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Teimosia lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Teimosia misses with a hook from the clinch.
Lodbrok with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Lodbrok keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Teimosia's efforts to push away.

Teimosia wants to get back to striking at distance but Lodbrok won't allow it.

Teimosia throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Lodbroks head.

Teimosia breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Teimosia ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lodbrok fails to land with a series of punches.

Teimosia instigates a clinch.
Lodbrok tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Teimosia lands a right hand.

Teimosia's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lodbrok throws a series of punches but Teimosia avoids them all with ease.
Lodbrok throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Teimosia throws a lazy right hand but Lodbrok sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lodbrok looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Teimosia clips Lodbrok with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Lodbrok a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.

Teimosia uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lodbrok.
Oh Lodbrok is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lodbrok throws the left hand but Teimosia avoids the punch easily.
Teimosia tries to counter with a clinch but Lodbrok shakes him off and moves away.
Teimosia throws a front kick that sends Lodbrok stumbling back into the ropes.
Lodbrok seems to have got his legs back now.
Lodbrok fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lodbrok takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Teimosia avoids a kick to the body.
Lodbrok drops his guard momentarily, allowing Teimosia to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Lodbrok! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Teimosia takes it!
