Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franky Page (ranked 1505 p4p, 206 weight class) and Sonny Ray Razor (ranked 1690 p4p, 224 weight class). Razor has chosen ONYX Feat. Biohazard - Judgment Night as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Page fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Page misses with an uppercut
letting Razor counter with a right hand.
Page slips under a jab.
Razor swings for the body but Page moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Page. Razor does a little dance to reset his feet.
Page throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Razor sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Razor looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Razor lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Franky Page has been cut.

Page closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Razor did well to prevent Page getting side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Page thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Razor's head.

The fighters are battling for position here. Razor manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Razor holds on and takes a little breather.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Page postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Razor is pulling down on Page's head to control his posture.
Page throws an elbow that misses. Razor uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Page's guard. Nice move by Razor!

Razor has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Bi-Polar Asylum LV's #1 Public Training Center . Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Page wants to sweep but no luck.

Razor decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Page misses with a takedown attempt - Razor sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Razor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Franky Page. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Page clinches up with Razor and pushes him back against the cage.
Page takes a shot to the head.
Razor gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Page.
Page changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Razor fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Page fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Page misses the jab.
Razor appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
The crowd cheers as Razor lands an impressive looking overhand right. Page doesn't seem phased though.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Page dodges the punch combination from Razor.

Razor lands a big right hand that sends Page crashing to the mat! Razor stays standing though and waves Page back to his feet!

Page is rocked!
Page tries to clinch up
and Razor rattles Page with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Page tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Razor dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Page stiff and motionless on the mat!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Sonny Ray Razor!
