Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Balin Le Savage (ranked 22241 p4p, 691 weight class) and Mario Zambrana (ranked 5230 p4p, 553 weight class). Le Savage's entrance music is Marilyn Manson-Killing Strangers. A fine choice. Zambrana has chosen Impact is Imminent as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zambrana tries to clinch up but Le Savage circles away and keeps his distance.
Zambrana wants to clinch up but Le Savage keeps it at a distance.
Zambrana throws a right hand that Le Savage ducks under and follows up with a left that Le Savage also avoids with ease.
Zambrana getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Zambrana misses the body punch
and Zambrana takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Le Savage tries to move into range but Zambrana moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Zambrana ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Le Savage moves away.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Zambrana! But no joy.
Zambrana comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Zambrana cracks Le Savage with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Le Savage is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Le Savage is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Le Savage could not beat the count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Mario Zambrana!
