Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sugar Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jon Snitch!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snitch displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lee.

Snitch closes the distance and clinches.
Snitch prevents a takedown attempt there.

Snitch is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Lee can't fight it off and eventually Snitch manages to take the fight to the floor. Lee looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

letting Snitch counter with a right hand.

Lee shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Snitch defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lee.
Lee shoots in looking for a takedown but Snitch manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lee goes for a double leg but Snitch avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Snitch continues to drive forward.

Snitch turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Snitch manages to end up in side control.
Lee tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Let's hope that Snitch has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Snitch is continuing to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
More stalling from Snitch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Snitch moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Snitch has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Lee shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Snitch sprawls well. Snitch wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lee gets slowly back to his feet.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Snitch lands an overhand right.

Snitch has picked Lee up - he's going for a ride! Snitch dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Lee is looking to get back to is feet but Snitch passes into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
You can see the frustration on Lee's face as Snitch controls the position.

Well Snitch has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
