Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hercules Olympus (ranked 24429 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Ingle (ranked 6283 p4p, 0 weight class). Ingle has chosen Peak Times by Switch as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Olympus gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Ingle has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Olympus is trying to keep an underhook but Ingle manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Olympus tries to kick Ingle off but Ingle keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Olympus is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ingle scores with a couple of nice shots.

Ingle looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Olympus with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Ingle winds up and cracks Olympus with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Ingle tries to pass the half guard into mount. Olympus knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ingle connects with a nice short shot to Olympus's temple.
Olympus on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Olympus tries to get out of the position.
Ingle is nestled in close to Olympus, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Olympus is staying active underneath Ingle, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Olympus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ingle on the ground.
Ingle might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Olympus haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
