Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Manny Puno (ranked 3564 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Jones (ranked 5474 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones has chosen Forgiveness as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 4 losses; Manny Puno! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 2 losses; Jack Jones!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Puno clinches up against the cage.

Puno gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Puno not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Puno's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Jones had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Puno defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Puno is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Puno passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jones!
